Kendall takes Christmas Pictures

We took pictures of Kendall in her Christmas dress this afternoon. We were taking these pictures for our Christmas cards. Be on the lookout in a mailbox near you! Her Christmas picture is not one of these; we didn't want to ruin the surprise. :-)

Kendall's First Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving 2008 with The Dub Family
This year we went to Bill and Barbara's Ranch for Thanksgiving; we all had a great time. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted all of the pictures on my camera the second to last night we were there so these are all we had left after taking some more. Enjoy!
Oscar enjoyed sitting out on the patio. I think he was waiting for some deer to come by so he could chase after them.

We took Kendall outside while it was warm to try and get some pretty pictures of her enjoying the beautiful day. She had a great time!!!

Kendall took Uncle Kenny for a walk the last night we were there. It's funny how much smaller than him she is.

Tony got some beautiful pictures of the sunrise our last morning there.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We are so thankful for all of our friends and family.

These boots were made for walking...

Well, we can mark this day, November 16, 2008, down in history as the day that Kendall walked for the first time. In the video below she takes about 3 or 4 full steps toward me. What a cutie!!! We are very proud of her and she is very proud of herself. She stands up on her own without holding onto anything and then she will clap for herself it's really cute! For the last couple of days she has been able to step with her left foot, but she wasn't able to switch her balance in order to make a complete step. Instead, she would just keep stepping with only her left foot. So, she would end up making a circle. It was really funny. But, watch out world, she's a walking fool now! Take a look at the video, I think it really says all that needs to be said.
